[GEM Development] gem files & what sites are left?

Hi Jeff,

My site (https://www.owenrudge.net/GEM/) is still kicking around, and I 
also have some mirrors of various now-defunct GEM sites at:

https://www.owenrudge.net/GEM/archive/

I will have an assortment of old GEM archives on my computer too, though 
I suspect most of them are still available on the extant sites (e.g. 
Deltasoft, John Elliott's site, or the mirrors above).
