Um, WHAT?  Who is Tony Scott?

*Jason* Scott still runs textfiles.com and it has nothing to do with the 
IA.  Jason *works* for the IA.  Anyone can upload stuff to the IA - you 
don't need a special "in" to do it - just create an account and have at 
it. ;)
