[GEM Development] FreeGEM 3.x drivers updated again

  I apparently have one copy of each: SDA600.VGA and SDA768.VGA. The
advantage of the VESA ones is that in theory they should work on any cards
that do 800x600x16 and 1024x768x16. In practice, this seems to be the case
for the 800x600 one but not the 1024x768 one.
