Dear GEM-Dev_ers:


BTW, everyone if I hadn't mentioned, I'm not having to move for
another year. The terms of my Mom's land trust to her children have
permitted us (her three children) to 'bypass' all sorts of legal
hassles till we sell.

Of course, should I decide to - and can obtain a mortage! - I could
purchase the other two thirds (from the two sisters) of the
property.
