Following up on my own driver update:

  I've moved driver source to its own area on my site:
<http://www.seasip.info/Gem/drivers.html>. The source archive you can
download from there now builds six drivers: VGA, EGA, CGA, Hercules, AT&T,
and Wyse 700. I haven't tested the Wyse or Hercules drivers, so if anyone's
got suitable hardware it might be an idea to give them a go. All six drivers
should support codepages and the high-resolution timer.
