[GEM Development] Screen driver for OpenGEM

I was sent a question:

- Is there an easy way to convert a GSX driver (I have this for the DMV)
to a GEM screen driver? (The reason I ask this is: The GEMVDI loader of
GEM 1.2 looks uncannily like a GSX loader ...)
