"Its licence". "License" is a verb, though the Murricans might treat it 
differently.

But anyway... Yes. GPL is GPL, even if the source is lost. Individual 
non-DR apps must be considered individually according to their own 
licences, but it's not free-for-noncommercial like DR-DOS 7 was, AFAIK, 
it's Free free.
