[GEM Development] FreeGEM webring under new management

Hi all,

I'm now the Ringmaster of the FreeGEM webring, and have added a small page 
about it to my site: www.owenrudge.net/GEM/webring. If you'd like to have 
your site in the Webring, which used to have quite a few pages in and now 
only has a few, please pop along and submit it, it'd be good to see how many 
GEM pages there still are out there.
