This is knowledge about the file contents. The filemanager (desktop) had
to know, that this is a ASCII file which he had to dump.

And if the next user will support for his file type, the list of types
will grow. A better idea was the behavior of the Atari desktop: every
file which is not executable and has no associated executable will
result in a alert with the options "dump to screen, print or abort.
It by the user to dump only ascii files. The desktop did not decide
by the extension what have to do.
