[GEM Development] GEM runs Windows

Who would have thought it?

  "In Windows 95 when it starts if you push F8 appears the start menu;
  then choose "start in ms-dos mode" without the A fail mode later start 
  the gem desktop and run win.com inside windows folder and Windows 95 run 
  perfectly finishing when you shut down windows it returns to gem desktop.
  I don't know if it results on Win98"
