Okay, that would be going too far into DR fandom, but if you REALLY want you
can do it...
I was browsing the net, and found the following page for a program called

WHAT IS EPPIEDESKTOP?

This is a small program for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows ME
that lets you customize the way your Windows desktop looks. Specifically,
you can change the picture shown on your Start button on the task bar, and
you can change the "frame controls": that is, the buttons in the
upper-right corner of your windows that let you minimize, maximize,
and close the window. As of version 2.1, you can also change the
arrows on scroll bars.
