[GEM Development] GEM takes over FreeDOS website

Just for fun have a look at www.freedos.org.  Because of a series of
releases in the last week and a bit OpenGEM/GEMini now have three spots on
their frontpage.  It's translating into a lot of hits.  Yay for us.  If only
they could also be drawn to lend a hand in development.
