BTW, a guy I just set up a blog for (He's got an F-84F forward fuselage <br />
section, remarkably complete) recently purchased something like 50 rolls <br />
of microfilm from NASM for it.  He literally has every drawing and bit of <br />
documentation needed to build a brand new F-84F from scratch.<br />
<br />
The reason I mention this is that I'm quite sure they'll have that same <br />
kind of documentation for the Mercury capsule.  It would certainly take <br />
all the guesswork out of your project. :)<br />
