These folks sell a number of 8&quot;+ touch screen LCD displays.<br />
<br />
If you're going to build something that uses the Garmin G1000, they carry <br />
a 10&quot; 1024x768 screen for $225 that has an HDMI input on it.  The G1000 <br />
uses two 10.5&quot; screens @ 1024x768 with a 4:3 aspect ratio.  These would be <br />
a great choice for that kind of setup.<br />
