*They finally released the investigation report on the F-15E crash in
Libya. This explanation actually makes sense (as opposed to the
mechanical failure/engine failure BS preliminary reports). In short, as
with most mishaps, it was multiple causes, which included mechanical but
also included unproven (in that regime, anyway) flight maneuvers.
