Gene,
This question is probably something you can answer. I have an F-16 fuselage
that like your 15 is in my garage and in need of restoration.
Mine needs some serious body work. Do you happen to know the aluminum alloy
that a 15 is made of? It's probably the same as a 16.
I figure before I start working on the fuselage I should know what alloy it
is made out of.

I would recommend something easy to work with like 6061-T6. How thick is
the skin you are planning on replacing?
