Thanks Delor. I haven't seen those for sale in the states yet.

Because of space constraints, I don't have the room for one of those in
the #0 cockpit. The G1000 will do everything I need and then some.

Gene,

Do you have, or know where can find a list of keyboard shortcuts for FS
2004? I have looked everywhere and only found a couple. There must be key
commands for things like flaps etc.

I don't know off the top of my head, but if you go into
Settings->Assignments you can see what the various functions are currently
set to.

There may also be a list of the default settings in the Help menu.

Finally found the entire list in a downloadable pdf. It's for FSX but I
think the vast majority will work with 2004 also.

If anyone else wants it for their records it can be downloaded here:

Rick, I did a search on that filename (live.com is blocked as a file
sharing site) and found this:

The site that hosts that file has a TON of MSFS tips, tricks and other

I had no trouble downloading the link I put up, but there appears to be
quite a difference between FSX and 2004.

Yes there are huge differences! FSX does almost everything different.....
